   This was a life saver after especially after I drove 20min to the John Lewis charging spot which was closed despite it being marked as open on the Tesla supercharger locations!! Luckily this was as a 5min drive away with 10% battery left. A proper life saver spot with supercharger options that you can use all night. Many charging bays were available, and all were working. This spot was a life saver at 23:00 at night especially as we had to drive back to London the next day

   Very happy with my experience here. Had an issue with the heater of my Model S. Managed to schedule a service appointment in 3 business days. And it only took them 1 day to fix it. Heater now works like a charm. I want to give a special shout out to Ollie who really went the extra mile in explaining everything to me. Fantastic service and I can’t be happier!

   Been a Tesla Owner for just under 6 years. Been to multiple service centres and Bristol is the best bar none. The team are helpful, politely and knowledge and the mobile techs are quick and efficent.

   Had an issue driving to Harrogate, so thought I would pop in on the off chance to see if an engineer could look at the problem and sort it. Somebody came out, spotted the issue and fixed it. All without an appointment! Fantastic work and customer service. Keep it up. A very happy Tesla driver

   My criticism here is not regarding the quality of the work, or of the individual mechanics who were all nice. My car was booked in for a wiper washer repair (I live in Cheltenham so it’s hardly convenient). Despite being informed of the problem in advance they didn’t have the part. When I picked the car up I was told that a mobile service had been booked- for a date I couldn’t do - but I was told I could change the appointment on the app. When I used the app the only option was to rebook at the service centre, which I did. I arrived today to be asked if I had seen the message sent last night - (I hadn’t- the message told me that they had changed the appointment for a mobile service on the exact same date I couldn’t do), then implied they were doing me a favour doing it here today. Another customer here told me that his car had been undrivable for 5 months waiting for a replacement windscreen. There is no one employed to do front of house, there are some biscuits and water but no hot drinks. It certainly isn’t the experience you expect after spending 50k on a car, but I suppose Elon needs to save his billions to spank away buying Twitter….
