    Our experience suggests that they have very little interest in small businesses and poor service can be expected. You can however expect exceptional service when it comes to collecting their generous fees. The report produced for us was not bespoke and did not progress our situation. Perhaps a good book on the subject would have been a better choice, certainly more economical. There is definitely better out there and you don’t have to look to far. An experience we will not forget for all the wrong reasons.
