   Always usually love my nails when done here and they last for so long but this time I had one of the males and he made me really uncomfortable telling me to relax my hands and shaking them. He also did this to me before and has done it to my daughter too. Not too sure what he meant as I've never had any issues anywhere else I have gone. I get my nails done regularly and have to say I've never had a bad experience with any of the ladies in here. I had a French manicure last Fri and within days they were chipped at the top as if they haven't been sealed properly. I usually get a good few weeks out of my nails from here but they lasted less than a week. Had a removal and fench so was £38. Really disappointed and reluctant to go back in as worried I would get him again. Just dont feel as if he takes the care and attention the ladies do which is a shame as I love how good they are at my nails.

   Wow! This is the fastest nail service I’ve ever had. I got a gel manicure with design and absolutely loved it. The staff are friendly, the service is great, and the salon itself is beautifully set up in a great location.

   My fingers were cut and bruised afterwards, the nail tech filled my nails until they were extremely weak, and they did not listen to me when i asked for my cuticles to be pushed back. I don't want to blame the guy too much as he seemed a beginner but I don't think I will be returning.

   Poor customer service- last couple of visits was treated poorly, man (who appears to be in charge) burnt my nailbed with file. My daughter was cut during her treatment and was made to feel very uncomfortable- bad attitude by staff and won’t be returning. This should be a relaxing and pleasant experience which it was not.
