   Where do I start, the car has been going to this garage for the past 6-7 years maybe longer, everytime it comes back either the wheel is loose or they have missed putting stuff back (center caps for wheels, handbrake gaiter and plastic surround for hand brake and a few otheres) on the car they took off, so this year, same as last year the wheel bolts weren't done up properly, only found this out when we were on the motorway doing 70 all of sudden bang bang bang, cheeked the bolts on the hard shoulder and all three were loose and one was missing so im guessing it flew off, kinda scary for a mother and 2 kids in the car. Also very high very high repair bills. Also would like to add I took one of the mechanics out for a drive in my other car 7 years ago for a little rumble in the front wheels the mechanic told me it was a gear box issue and told me to rite the car off as it wasn't worth repairing it. Turns out it was the brake discs which were very bad and needed changing which I ended up diagnosing and changing my self and the car is still going today, so the mechanic would have costed me a newer car.

   Amazing work and know what there doing! After being told by another garage that my heater box was broken and needed to be replaced and was going to cost me £1400 and 12 hours labour to fix it or I was told I should just sell my car. I took it to nailsea motors for a second opinion after talking to Kev and I'm so glad I did! they checked it all and was actually the heater flap motor which was only £100 and half hour labour! I'm so grateful for all there help and I now have a car that gets nice and warm to drive which after months of having a cold car in winter trying to save the money for what I thought it was is amazing! Would definitely recommend them and will always use them in future! Thank you so much guys

   The mechanic who dealt with my car didn't respect my car he left greecy oily finger prints in sat nav screen messed about with my radio channels nd changed left greecy oil resedue on steering wheel and door catches ,there was no respect to my car in anyway, this mechanic said my washer pump was fixed but it wasn't he never checked that the windsceen washer worked properly ,he argued as if its my fault it stopped working, the car went back in they gave me courtesy car my car was fixed next day, this garage has been 5* in the past now it's earned 1star . I'm never taking my car there ever again because of no respect for my car or me.
