Be VERY VERY CAREFUL using Nucleus They charge £250 FINE for being just a day late - this has cost us regularly. Our other firms do NOT charge this fee - and give you some kindness even if it's a few days. THIS experience has been very stressful and they are VERY difficult to deal with.
I have been a customer with nucleus for many years. All they do is charge fees after fees. Look elsewhere, this is not a Fintech company
My new IFA requested that Nucleus transfer investments. 3 weeks later, Nucleus reply to say "... we are currently reviewing the partial transfer request ...". No explanation why it took 3 week to start considering the request. No response when I emailed. Off to the Financial Ombudsman Service to make Nucleus wake up.
