Above and beyond expectation Massive thanks to the chap ( apologies I didn’t get your name and mother can’t remember) that went to help my elderly mother when her tyre had burst in postishead. We live in Somerset and mother was visiting portishead when she rang to say what had happened and she was struggling to use her RAC app. I rang Tudor garage in the hope someone may be able to pop out and help her change her tyre. The lovely chap didn’t hesitate to say he’d pop out to assist her, which was a great relief to hear. He pumped her tyre and booked her into get a new tyre fitted immediately. So nice to know there are lovely kind helpful people still out there. If we lived in portishead we’d definitely be a regular customer.
This is by far the best garage in Portishead! They recently went above and beyond to urgently fix my car, even though they were fully booked. Really helpful, kind, and honest. Totally recommend!
Seriously, I cannot rate this garage highly enough Had a new car delivered from Bradford, but the battery light was on. Contacted Tudor and they came out to collect the car, took it to the garage and found the battery was flat. They fitted a new one and they even checked the car out for me. They then very kindly brought the car home to me They were brilliant :-)
