   Didn't tighten up the sump plug after a service. Because of the under tray holding the oil I didn't notice for two weeks by which time over 2 litres of oil had leaked. No apology, no reimbursement for the leaked oil, in fact no response when I raised this to them. A professional garage should not be making mistakes like that.

   I would give higher but the reception team are not the most helpful. Communication is very poor. However, Tom who fixed my car did a great job and the price seems reasonable when I cross referenced it. If t JB e communication from the office was better it’d be higher for sure.

   They have very kindly checked my car for me whether it's safe to drive until my appointment with another garage as there have been very loud and scary noises coming from the exhaust. But they have reassured and not charged me. Thank you!

   Harbour Garage carried out a speedy and immaculate repair on an extensively scraped and badly dented plastic bumper on my Mondeo. The cost was a tiny fraction of that wanted by my local Ford dealer who insisted they would need to replace the whole bumper. I would highly recommend this garage
