   Amendment to review July 2025 After my initial review (below) Lukas the owner reached out, we arranged for Autotek to undertake the outstanding electrical repair to the vehicle. The vehicle was repaired and has worked without fault since. Lukas assured me the previous experience by my wife was an isolated incident that occurred while he was away on holiday. I have adjusted my review to 3 star (overall) as a result of what I found when Lukas was present. Thank you Lukas ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 1-Star Pervious review;- I’ve been using VAG specialists across South West and Wales for the last 25 years, finding Autotek on my doorstep with half decent reviews was a good surprise. Rude service from the guy behind the counter Late service / no communication No explanation of what was found in the MOT We’d booked a repair, service and MOT. My wife took her car in, being told it was being ‘MOT’d 2nd today’, phone at 1.30 and told it had been serviced and was ‘in next’ to be MOT’d. He promised they’d call about 3pm, no call. I called at 3.30pm and get told to arrive 4.30 to collect. Car rolls back at 5pm…no explanation of what was found, just presented with the bill and as she was paying told ‘it failed’. No offer of an explanation as to why or what was wrong. Rude service from the guy behind the counter when she arrived and collected it makes me extremely disappointed ☹️ won’t be going back and will be warning others.
