Really couldn’t recommend Riverside Garage enough. I’ve been taking my car there for three years and have received excellent service every time. Craig is so decent and has been really kind in accommodating me when I have booked in last minute in the past. I also once brought my car in to get checked after being involved in a minor collision and he wouldn’t take any money from me for giving it a look over which I’ll always remember. Decent garages can be hard to find and, as a woman, can be intimidating but I’ve never felt uncomfortable going to Craig and always know my car will be in great hands. Thanks so much!
Have used this garage twice in the last 2 weeks, for wheel bearings, a service and to have my alternator done. A very efficient service and reasonably priced, would definitely recommend! Thank you Riverside!!
Very rare I give five stars and I can only comment on my experience, booked my car here for an MOT because I only had nine days left and it was close to work in Clevedon, I live in Bristol, the reviews were good so I gave them a go, dropped car off in minutes, got a call later to say it was ready, took minutes to collect, so far very efficient, should I ever need repairs or service I will try them, recommended.
Honestly, i was incredibly happy with this garage. I used them to MOT a work vehicle, but the tie rod had failed, which was a major blow. They couldn’t do enough to help me they even suggested coming in on a Saturday to help me, which I thought was above and beyond the call of duty. So, top marks and not all garages are the same.
Used the garage for an emergency repair (fuel filter needed replacing) which they very kindly sorted for me within a couple of hours despite being busy. They really got me out of a fix as I had a long journey ahead, was very grateful and they did a great job. Would highly recommend.
Excellent Garage, well done for squeezing my overdue MOT in during a very busy time. Service found some problems that I had overlooked but now all is well and car running very well. Thanks to their help. Definitely reccomend
