   BEWARE. In 2021 I took my Citroën C4 to this garage for repairs. They quoted me £2,500, which I decided was not worth it, so I agreed for the car to be destroyed instead. They asked me for written consent to scrap the vehicle, which I provided. Four years later, I was shocked to learn that my car had not been scrapped at all - it passed an MOT in 2022 and has been seen driving in Bristol. Despite repeated polite requests, the company has refused to provide any Certificate of Destruction or proper explanation, even though they clearly hold records. This is not just poor service, but a potential breach of contract and serious bad faith. I have reported the matter to the authorities. Consumers should be very cautious before trusting this company with their vehicles.

Always had close booking dates from phone-call to appointment. 3. Always called me with a price after diagnosis, ensuring I was happy with the repair cost. 4. Extremely quick and efficient—always managed to carry out repairs on the same day the car was booked in. 5. They even topped up my windscreen wash and checked/filled my tyre pressures at no extra charge! Can’t recommend them highly enough.

   A big shout out for the service I received from Aurolink, Yesterday I has a flat tyre and working as a carer I really needed this fixed asap . Autolink were able to fit me a new tyre within the hour , the receptionist was so helpful and pleasant in fact the staff were all great and I highly recommend this garage ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

   First class service after a disastrous motorway breakdown. Courtesy car given and a forensic investigation of my VW T5. These guys are brilliant and caring and explain everything to you clearly. My turbo was replaced at a great price and the aftercare was first class too. Keep up the top work!
