2 days notice of a problem when return due in. Staff in office friendly tried to help. Online reading and signing for tax return to be sent to HMRC. Overall could be better
I contacted TaxAssist because I needed some help setting up a limited company and a self assessment tax return. The person I spoke to over a video call was helpful enough and told me he would run the numbers and get back to me. That looks like it is not happening at all. Basically these guys wasted a bunch of time and have not been helpful at all.
Richard and his team have provided great advice and support through the set up and now wind down of my business. They are easy to contact and very competent. Thank you!
