Researched using Compare the Market. Policy Expert met all criteria for my home insurance at the best price, signing up went smoothly online. So all good so far, have not yet had to make a claim.

Would definitely recommend Policy Expert. My renewal quote was even cheaper than previous year, with same cover. They are very competitive with prices. Customer service excellent as representative went through everything carefully and so helpful and friendly.
I looked online for a better deal for my home insurance after my longstanding (16 years) home insurance company had increased my annual fee by a large amount and could not provide a reasonable reason for it. Policy Expert was not the cheapest but I wanted a reputable company as well as a good deal. They gave choices as to what level of insurance I would like and when it came to 'doing the deed', it couldn't have been easier. Thank you and I hope I can renew my policy again next year as easily.
Renewing for home insurance. Very price competitive and easy to arrange. They don't force you to get alternative quotes to get a competitive renewal, and actually support customer loyalty. Been a long time since I've felt valued as an insurance customer. Not had to make any claims so can't provide any feedback on that.
Had insurance through policy expert in the past. I always compare and didn’t hesitate to use them this year. Easy to arrange, never had any issues and will continue to use in the future if they come out with the best plans at the cheapest prices. Happy customer!
This insurance providers policy is fantastic. It's around £40 cheaper for the exact same policy as I had with a leading name provider. The website was very simple and super quick to use. No fuss, no paper just simple, simple, simple. My sort of deal for sure.
Simple straight forward purchase. Easy to understand website and best of all a £10 saving on the cost of my previous years' policy. My previous provider wanted an extra £50 for renewal, and had fewer features than Policy Expert. No brainer!
The quote was the cheapest available and buying the policy was super easy. I would certainly recommend that process. As for the insurance policy itself and making a claim, I can't comment on that as yet since my policy is new and yet to start. Other reviews suggest this is fine too.
I have been a Policy Expert customer for a home insurance for a few years running now and I am always happy with the process, prices are the best and value and what they offer. Renewal process is super easy and also buying the first policy was a quick and straightforward process. Using my account online is great and everything there is shown very clearly and in detail. I get updates and reminders to my emails as well, so communication is also really good. When I had to call them once to discuss a renewal price, Customer Service was superb, very pleasant and helpful and did exactly what they said they were going to do. So, one happy customer.
