   After a recent motoring accident, Laurie Ross proved to be exceptional when it came to managing the claim. A hire car was delivered within an hour of requesting it, my own car was collected and taken to the repairers and the claim against the 3rd party was dealt with. I was called and appraised of all parts of the process frequently. I cannot praise this broker highly enough for what they did.....exceptional service!

   I am giving 1 star because I am unable to give a 0 or minus , after trusting them for many years to get me a deal I have found my insurance cheaper from direct line not a little cheaper almost 40% and after reviewing what my payments from the credit company (34.48 apr) they use my saving was over 50% £390 . I am absolutely raging not only at them but myself for being so gullible as to trust them to get me a good deal . STAY AWAY please .save yourself money .i was pressured into having to bring in my license or email a copy along with my national insurance number and was told that anywhere i went would be the same not true , absolutely disgusting!. it wasnt just the cost the attitude was poor and extremely condescending .
