   Steer clear. Melbarry took over from our former Accountants Crunchers when the owner sadly passed. They struggled to deliver even on basic Accountancy service requirements for our business, failing to handle Corporation Tax correctly, making numerous Payroll errors and taking more than 6 months to clear our EOY Accounts after our financial year end. They do not respond when you call them with queries. Promising to respond, via their remote telephone service, but never calling back. Simply choosing to ignore your customers leads to one conclusion. We left. If you're a serious business looking for a professional and competent Accountancy firm. Steer clear of these guys.

She is always extremely quick to respond to calls and emails and has given me so much valuable advice. Melanie breaks things down and explains things to me in a simple manner, which as a non-finance professional is so important to me.

My business wouldn't be what it is without their diligence and guidance. I have no desire to learn the ins-and-outs of my company's accounts and I feel completely at ease knowing they're managed by this wonderful team. The team are reliable, approachable and always available. No question is ever too stupid or off limits (this is crucial as I met with so many accountants who were inaccessible and on another planet). I've already recommended them to multiple friends, and continue to do so.
