Sadly my experience of Innocent Driver is poor. It has taken 2 weeks of emails, getting quotes and chasing to get to the stage where they have said they are unable to help. This is due to my daughter having only passed her test 6 months ago. Surely "how long have you held a licence for?" should be one of the first questions asked when taking on a claim? They don't seem to know that their hire car provider will only deal with people that have 12 months driving experience. We're now back at stage 1 due to their lack of knowledge of how their own business works. Useless.
