   Really efficient, fast and friendly service. Needed urgent taxi's to train stations on two seperate occasions and both times pulled through for me, arriving in 5-10 minutes and getting me there with time to spare. Will 100% be using again moving forward.

   I had a really frustrating experience with Triangle Taxis just now. I called for a last-minute ride to the train station, making it clear we needed to leave quickly. The driver initially seemed very accommodating, saying he’d be there in 5-10 minutes. We received a text saying he was outside, but by the time we came out, he had already left. When I called him back, he was rude and aggressive, claiming he waited five minutes and would be late for another client. There was no need for that attitude—he could have just called or knocked on the door since we were ready and waiting, but unfortunately didn't see the text straight away. One thing's for sure: we won’t be using Triangle Taxis again! The service was unacceptable. What a disappointing experience!

   Was okay at first, but he became nasty after I tried to confirm what time he would pick me up. I made sure he knew I wasn’t doubting him, but from then on he was horrible, impolite and it was quite scary driving with him. He was always ready to honk other drivers and was quite aggressive on the road, and after paying him a ridiculous fee for the ride, and saying “take care” all he had to say to me was “okay.” Horrible experience and I highly recommend any other service. Maybe try the other taxi services or get an Uber.

   I would not recommend due to these factors 1: Kevin collected me on time but I had to share my 1st ride with someone else which I didnt mind but had to PAY THE SAME FULL PRICE not share the price with the other person, very rude about it too. He also laughed at me wearing a mask. 2: He let my young son down at short notice by NOT collecting him from Bristol airport. 3: and on my return trip to the train station he picked me up far too early (it had been a time he arranged after I told him the time of my train departure)- resulting in me waiting on a cold station for 45 mins - when I exclaimed how short a time it took to get there (I assumed it would be a lot longer due to early morning rush hour??? ) his answer - eh..it was the same on the way to the hotel (with attitude) and grunted about a coffee shop on the otherside in a very rude condisending tone. 4: Kevin was chatty but rude and abupt and offered no discount for 4, agreed in advance, fairs ending up totalling 108 POUNDS ! scandelous.
