   Disappointing and misleading After getting a front puncture on Good Friday I took my car to Clevedon kwik fit they said I needed the other front tyre replaced too. I had both tyres renewed I was led to believe tracking was completed. Unfortunately my tyres have worn on the inside causing me to need two more new front tyres. I booked this in last week I was told all tyre types were available in stock (nothing needed to be ordered in) I arrived to have my tyres changed I was told the back ones needed changing aswell. Kwik fit only had 2 mid range and 2 top range tyres in stock when I questioned this I was asked if I had specified when booking my car in:( as a self employed support worked needing my car daily, I felt like I had no choice but to have the tyres available at a much higher cost £430 I booked x4 tyres and tracking when I picked my car up I was told tracking had not been done due to a tight bolt I was then quoted for x2 track rod ends/fitting and tracking £435 to be completed at a later date. I took my car to Weston I had my tracking completed for £45 apparently the bolt in question needed a little heat to loosen the job was completed in 30 mins. I decided to raise awareness with kwik fit customer service they confirmed no tracking was completed Good Friday (my suspicions confirmed) I have been given an apology a long with a £45 refund from kwik fit to cover the cost of my tracking completed by tyres west (fantastic trusting reliable service) I am not one to complain however to prevent this happening to someone else I feel I should raise my disappointment. I have also heard this has happened again just this week to someone else:( It might be worth checking your tracking has been completed after visiting kwik fit not that you should have to.

   Great kwikfit, good size car park for customers, friendly staff , usually have a good stock of standard sized tyres, easy walking distance to cleevdon town centre if you do not wish to wait in comfortable customer waiting area.

   Terrible service. My car failed the MOT here, and they couldn’t even identify the real issue — it just needed the angle sensors replaced. They added errors that weren’t there before and wrote a completely misleading report. No solutions offered, only made things worse. If your car isn’t new, they have no idea what to do with it. Definitely not recommended.

   Went online. Chose my battery. Fixed a time for next day. Was able to get there from the next town, Portishead, get the battery fitted and return home all within the hour. What would have been 'icing on the cake' would have been the cancelling of the 'error message' on my display.

   I could not recommend this garage enough. I had a flat tire and had to be towed, they were so kind and Dan rang me to check in on me and squeezed me in the same day even though they probably didn’t have time! Jason and Derek helped guide me through how I can insure my tires. As a nurse it is so hard to be flexible and without a car but they made my life so easy. On the behalf on both myself and my patients, thank you so much to all the team at Kwik Fit Clevedon!
