Kirsty was super friendly and caring to provide what I precisely needed. She was very responsive and quick, and I received the result within two days.    I am a bit done reading fake reviews about this firm. The service is unacceptable and trying to take your money at any cost. Kirsty and Paul have been totally unprofessional and untrustworthy. Kirsty decided to charge me £1020 for a tax return even though she quoted £400 telling me that the next year is going to be £400. Then Paul charged me £900 thinking that I forgot about what Kirsty said. When I complained, he reduced the bill by sending me a credit note of £420 instead of the correct invoice of £480. When I paid the credit note thinking it is the invoice they came after me for £60 which was the difference. When I complained about being mislead and haven't even received the correct invoice, I received a phone call by Paul trying to convince me to pay the rest of money by telling me that he did my tax return quickly instead of dragging it till the end of the year. Congratulations for you being inadequate, unprofessional, untrustworthy and lacking basic knowledge of your profession. AVOID AT ALL COST

They were recommended to me by my mortgage advisor and responded quickly to my initial request, conducted a thorough consultation of my needs and requirements and outlined an easily understandable plan of action. I dealt specifically with Kirsty during the initial stages and she gave me peace of mind and walked me through the necessary steps stage by stage. I then worked closely with Dariusz on getting the project and both responded quickly to questions as they arose. Finally, Bracey's brought the project home under budget and represent great value for money. I won't hesitate to use them again in future and would recommend them to any individual or business.
