   Lost my wife nearly 2 weeks ago now, and thought it would be nice to get a portrait of her. Never had a tattoo before, I was a bit concerned as I've seen many rubbish portraits and didn't want one of my late wife that looked bad. So I looked at a few places, looked at work they'd done and asked friends for advice. Ended up going to seeing Jay at Serenity . Nicky at the reception was very nice and we spoke about my wife, she made me feel welcome and at ease. Then Jay looked at pictures of Shel and between us we chose the one for me. Jay did an amazing job , his tattoo of Michele made me cry it was so good. We spoke all the time he was working on my arm and he was more help to me than he knows. A really good man and an amaizing tattooist , I can't recommend Jay and Serrnity high enough. Thank you very much Keith

   Absolutely amazing!! Staff friendly and approachable, very accommodating and amenable as to slight adjustments etc. Harry did my tattoo for me and I am absolutely over the moon with how it turned out!! Will definitely go back for future tattoos and recommend the team here to anyone!

   Amazing. Great atmosphere in the shop and 2 great tattooist at work. Jay has completed 2 full sleeves on my arms and I'm absolutely made up with his work. Highly recommend. 5 stars!

   Came from Oklahoma on vacation and decided to get my first tattoo. I was extremely nervous but I was completely distracted by the banter. Had fun taking the piss and got a great tattoo. Totally reccomend them.

   Excellent experience and amazing tattoo by jay, from my first enquiry which was delt with by mark to booking in and accomodating my shift pattern, the whole experience was smooth and professional, jay was really friendly and an amazing artist, the banter between him and joe the other artist was hilarious, i will not go anywhere else for ink now, highly recommended!! thanks
