    Awful customer service - just like the reviews below. Keep asking for information which I have repeatedly sent - no response to emails - number they provide within the emails takes me to American Express who have no information on the claim - on hold for long periods of time and still nothing to their 0800 number which I have found on their website - what is going on?!

    Fiona is incapable of answering emails in a timely fashion. 1-4 weeks for a reply. This case should have been closed months ago. Looks very bad for the businesses they support

    Man these people are useless. Team leaders are totally incompetent in Glasgow! They are liars, cheaters, always duplicating processes and have no clue what Continuous Service Improvement mean. My happiest day there was the day I left!
