Very bad for paying out, do not use this company, I had a burst pipe while our holiday and the heating was left of with family members checking on the house regularly but they refused to pay put assuming I never left my heating on even though the plumber confirmed it was a faulty valve that caused it.
Please avoid this company. Policies are simply a scam. Taking people's hard earned cash for decades, then using any excuse to avoid paying out when needed. The staff are downright rude, dismissive and lack empathy. No idea how they sleep at night.
