   I was recommended Robyn at Envoy Financial to deal with as a first time buyer. Robyn couldn’t have been more helpful, she has been so patient with me, kept me up to date with everything throughout the mortgage process. Robyn explained all aspects of my mortgage in a way that I could understand, she was able to answer any questions I had. She kept in touch with me and was available at any given time that I needed her. Robyn is very passionate about her job and made this process so easy and exciting! She made sure I got the best deal regarding my mortgage and other things that come with it. She is very professional, polite, knowledgeable, understanding and easy to speak with.    Just want to express our thanks to Graeme and the rest of the team at Envoy Financial Ltd. Myself and my fiancée just got the keys for our first home. It was a quick process 1 month from spotting the house back online to getting the keys. The estate agent gave our details to Envoy Financial with our permission and we are so glad they did. Graeme was amazing. He navigated us through the challenges that come with buying a house. Being first time buyers we were totally new to it all and his help has been top class. If you are unsure about whether or not to get a broker I can’t recommend it enough. Envoy will do all they can to help and are always available if you need them or have any questions. Graeme was worth his weight in gold, totally worth the additional cost as it made the process so easy and as stress free as buying a house could be.
