   Excellent accountants — highly recommend. We’ve been with this firm for years and they have always been swift, reliable and easy to deal with. Customer service and communication are consistently excellent. They handle our income tax, VAT and payroll for three businesses as well as our personal accounts. It feels like a very personal service — we’re on first-name terms with most of the lovely team in the office. They’ve also stepped in to resolve HMRC issues for us, which has taken a huge amount of stress off our shoulders. Couldn’t ask for better support.

   Very disappointed with the service from Smartertax. The incorporation of my company was delayed and mishandled, including an error in the company name registration. Communication was poor throughout, especially regarding the closure of another company – I had to chase them multiple times for updates. I raised these concerns directly but received no real response. Unfortunately, I can't recommend their services based on my experience.
