   Lorraine Taylor was our broker and she was really exceptional. She was able to accommodate us last minute and was generous with her time. She spent a good amount of time with us during the initial consultation and explained everything clearly at the correct level. She answered emails super quickly even during evenings and weekends. Our time frame for moving in was very short and she managed to get us an offer super quickly, this is where her experience really kicked in as she knew which lenders are quicker and would be able to get us an offer in the timeframe.    I would highly recommend Dean for anyone looking to get a mortgage!! We just got our first mortgage with the help of Dean and we didn’t have a clue what to do, where to start or how a mortgage even worked but we didn’t need to because we had Dean! We were kept up to date constantly throughout the whole process and both Dean and Emma were always so quick to answer any emails, phone calls or questions we had (which were a lot!!) and managed to get our whole mortgage applied for and accepted in less than 2 weeks.    Dean was a joy to get all the mortgage documents sorted out with. When everything in the house buying process takes weeks and months, Dean was able to have two meetings within the same week - one to get the agreement in principle and the other to select the final mortgage offer. Also very down to earth and doesn't complicate the process. If you need him to stop and explain, he will explain in basic terms so even thick-o's like me can understand! Highly recommended and I will be a return customer in the future.

   Wow - big thank you to Dean and Emma Fleming and solicitor Michael. After coming across your advert on TikTok I enquired and that set the ball rolling. Mortgage in principal was given, offer on a house was accepted, then a mortgage offer, then completion of a house purchase. All in all, around 41 days with Christmas and New Year in the middle. Super quick, very happy and now a home owner - I collected the keys today :) Dean was very clear and concise in every step of the mortgage application process - my fear of not being accepted was shown to be untrue. Dean made it happen! Everything was explained at each stage and all questions (even the stupid obvious ones) were answered. I cannot thank you enough.
