Greenfield Notary were very prompt and exact in their work, liaiased with the Foreign Office when needed for my parents' Powers of Attorney. I would definitely recommend them, and will be using them again!
I found the notary to be uncooperative and dismissive when I asked for basic clarification about the service they were offering. A simple question about a proposed amendment to a legal document was met with a surprisingly combative and accusatory tone. When I expressed concern about the attitude, I was told they no longer had the capacity to handle my request. Clients are not legal experts. Asking for clarification is a normal and reasonable part of the process. If a request is outside the scope of your service, there are professional and cordial ways to explain that rather than responding with passive-aggressive remarks or attempting to make someone feel ignorant for asking a question. EDIT: Your response is disingenuous. I didn’t ask you for legal advice I asked for clarity on what I should bring to the notarisation appointment. I can’t get a document notarised if I don’t understand what I’m supposed to bring you. You provided a confusing and patronising response instead of handling it professionally.

I used the Greenfield Notary's service early this year to legalize a document in the Chinese embassy. I was highly DISAPPOINTED for the following reasons: 1. Unprofessional: the Chinese embassy allows to use Pdf signature (only found out later with the 2nd firm), but due to Greenfield's ignorance I used expensive secure international postage. Money is not the only problem, but also the time. 2. I included a signed blank application form just in case, and mentioned it clearly in the email. When the 2nd agent went to collect my documents, my signed application form was DISAPPEARED, and Greenfield refused to admit of receiving it. 3. I already paid for the full service, and was charged AGAIN by commuting emails, such as "Received your post" email. 4. In the invoice, I was charged for attending embassy twice, but only attended once. Greenfield refused to refund me half of the fee. I would recommend avoid their service.
This company do not handle legal documents with care and share your personal data . Today I was called to an address greeted by a teenage girl who then handed me peoples legal documents and notary documents and asked me to look for mine I would have been allowed to leave with any I chose. I was there to carry out a legal process the notary Petia who claims to be the owner of the company was not present . When I asked to complain I was laughed at told that no one can complain about the owner . Highly unprofessional and I'm sure breaking the law for breach of peoples personal details .
We have used the services of Greenfield Notary several times, for various business documents for Morocco and Bulgaria. Our previous experience made us anticipate bureaucratic difficulties and complications, but we were pleasantly surprised on all occasions how easy and straightforward everything turned out.
