Rubbish customer service. Especially the receptionist, so unprofessional. The solicitor made a mistake on a document and didn't even offer to pay for it.

Strongly recommend NOT to hire Shergill Solicitors for sale and purchase of property. Very slow with barely any communication. After three months there stand is to buy leasehold which is not required or not a lender requirement. Had to move on from them to another solicitor. Almost lost the transaction due to their service.
The solicitors were fantastic but the receptionist was rude and dis respectful to all the people coming in ! She even told us Mr Shergill was attending a court case and Debra is coming to see us though I had spoken to Mr Shergill ealier and he said pop in , Debra came down and asked what we were here for I requested could we talk in private rather then In reception so we went to her office and Mr Shergill was with a customer by his desk ( not attending court ad receptionist said) but they were as solicitors fantastic… sad a young person can be so rude ☹️
I recently contacted Shergill & Co to attest my statutory Declaration form, and I must say, the service was exceptional. The lady I spoke with was extremely polite and professional. Unlike the 15 other solicitors I called earlier, who demanded exorbitant fees, Shergill & Co only requested a reasonable legal fee for the attestation. I am impressed by their fair pricing and commendable service. I highly recommend them. I plan to visit their office on Thursday.
Pleasure dealing with Shergill solicitors. Successfully dealt with two cases for me - winning a planning dispute with Richmond council and carrying out complex bona vacantia conveyancing work. Communication was both prompt and excellent. Highly recommended.
