   I have been a client with Rigby Golding for many years, the reason being is that they always consistently offer an excellent service at competetive prices. They have handled for me- my dads estate, 2 house purchases, 1 house sale, my Will, and lasting power of attorney, plus a lot of advice on legal matters. Susan and the team always treat me with the upmost respect; they are professional, friendly and above all are a secure and reliable business in the community. I would highly recommend Rigby Golding.    Was told by the solicitor, Susan Webster, that they couldn't locate my late mother's will. My sister and I sat in her office slightly aghast as she said somewhat indifferently that my mother may have collected it (why was there no record?!), and may have destroyed it. My mother would never had done this, and entrusted the will to Rigby Golding. To add insult to injury, the firm then emailed my dead mother (the day before her funeral) to inform her that they had found the will and would she like to come and collect it!!! Utterly incompetent and callous given that they are dealing with grieving relatives. Stick to conveyancing.

   Very un caring staff, made it very difficult to collect my late Mum's Will...not even a sorry for your loss when I finally was able to go on and collect the Will. from 2 members of the staff

   Terrible. Only giving one star because not possible to give zero stars. Inflexible, insensitive, unhelpful when our family are grieving. Our late mum made her will with them and they are refusing to give it to us. They clearly want money even though we are handling the probate ourselves. If there was any way to stop using them we would. Unprofessional and trying to use a death to make money for nothing out of a grieving family. They should be ashamed.
