   I had an excellent experience with Laura and Carol at Gumersalls. As a first time buyer, they both went above and beyond to guide me through the process. Carol was incredibly responsive and helpful, taking the time to speak with me numerous times and putting me at ease. They dealt with everything efficiently and professionally and, despite dealing with many delays from my sellers and their solicitor, somehow managed to get my purchase complete in time for the stamp duty deadline, which had seemed impossible. I am so glad I chose Gumersalls and will definitely be returning if I ever decide to move! Thank you

   I would like to take this opportunity to thank Mrs Laura Pawley for her professionalism, efficiency and friendliness in helping me and my wife to draw up a pressing power of attorney document that needed her notary services. Our confidence in her grew when we decided to ask her to become our conveyancing lawyer in helping us purchase our first property. She was most ably assisted by Ms Carol Millroy whom we were in contact most for the daily communications; however, whenever we were in need for technical explanations about the contents of the survey reports, queries were explained by Laura in clear detail and with the utmost patience.    I have been dealing with Gumersalls for about 5 years, and don't see myself ever changing solicitors. They first helped me with the purchase of my first home (which I was very nervous about). The staff couldn't have been more helpful, keeping me in the loop at all times which was very reassuring, and their personal and friendly nature made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process. I have recommended them to a number of friends and family following this, all of who have had a similar experience.    Extremely good and honest firm of solicitors in the heart of Epsom. Do not be deceived by the office interior, which is a bit dated. The quality of staff is unbelievable. Unusually for a law firm, they actually aren't out to rip you off and are exceedingly honest. Would highly recommend Keira Vyvyan-Robinson who was refreshingly honest and pragmatic family solicitor and barrister without the extortionate rate. She is also a qualified mediator. The high quality you get in the central London inns, in the heart of Epsom without the London price tag. Well worth the visit if you need a family solicitor firm.
