   Unfortunately just they just care about receiving your money, they come to the comfort of your house but refuse to come a second time unless some deposit is left. I mean people do often require additional info. Avoid

   We started out very pleased with the home visit and being able to sort our wills and POA out in the comfort of our home. Everything was sold to us on the basis if anything happend to me or wife all is our children would have to do is call WSL and they would sort everything out. Sadly this doesnt seem to be the case, as i have been calling them now for a whole week and also emailed them to sort another small problem out. To date ,no one has answered the phone,returned the calls or even emailed back. It does beg the question how well this would work if we had to inform them that either my wife or i had passed away. Not sure what you have to do to contact this company.

   Chap that visited was very pleasant and knowledgeable, but I was left wondering why I had payed so much for a simple Will re-write... Also, just found out that WSL is now Optima and I had quite a lengthy wait to speak when calling.

   Just wanted a basic single will post divorce and the service was good, price good etc. Was advised all sorted and hard copy would follow in a few weeks, that was seven weeks ago. I called several times and been assured all in order wont be long now. Will give it one more week before commencing charge back on my credit card

   WSL Will writing had been recommended by my daughter Beverley. My daughter told me Zara had been to her house. I phoned WSL and was told a lady would arrive at my house. To my surprise the same lady called Zara arrived. She was so friendly lovely and helpful. I would highly recommend WSL to other members of my family.
