   Phoned this guy. He asked me to message him, so I did. After a few messages to and fro trying to work out cost and availability for replacement windscreen the guy messaged and said “Forget it, I’m too busy to be going back and forth on this” Absolutely unacceptable attitude. Very rude man Your response isn’t entirely true is it. If you re read the messages I did tell you my son was a dog Walker and needed his van every day. You agreed to come to us and do it on Wednesday and after speaking to my son he asked me if you could do it any sooner of he brought the van to you and he offered to pay extra if you were able to squeeze it in a bit sooner. That was the point you said “Forget it” Yes you told me he could still drive the van with a badly cracked windscreen, however we’d also been told that the windscreen won’t collapse in and could still be driven but there was a risk that the crack could get worse and could potentially shatter. Making the vehicle then undrivable. He would likely have clients beloved dogs onboard and didn’t want to risk it so asked if you could possible do it any sooner than Wednesday.

Managed to get an appointment the day after i called unlike the larger companies who had long waits.Communication was fantastic and work was completed efficiently. Overall a great experience and i would highly recommend to anyone. If I ever need windscreen repair or replacement again I will definately be using Crystal Clear Windscreens

Communication beforehand about how long the job would take was spot on and the response time after contacting about my windscreen was very speedy.
