Very efficient service, reasonable and completely painless. After years of not using the open fire in the living room we wanted to make sure it was safe to use. Turns out our chimney was full of twigs from bits of birds nests - all gone with zero problem. Very happy with service. New to the chimney sweeping experience. Patrick arrived as planned and process was mess free; hearth was probably cleaner when finished because it was sprayed with a nice citrusy cleaner. Patrick highlighted that our cowl was missing the bird guard & helped me identify a replacement at a decent price online, which our builder will fit when he does some other work since there’s no way I’m going way up there! Got our certificate and will also get a reminder for next year. Brilliant!
I have a log burner and needed the chimney swept. I booked the service on-line for today 9/12/24. Super simple to book and the communication was excellent. I received very helpful text reminders and also an estimated time of arrival. This is the first time I’ve used Roof Fix Services and I’ll definitely be using them again for other roof services. Absolutely brilliant service. Only charged the quoted rate, even though the job ended up being a lot more work than usual, due to crows nests in the chimney. Patrick was a true professional and went above and beyond!
