    Excellent work - read on to find out why it wasn't 5*. We needed our satellite dish checked as we were getting very poor signal strength, around 20% according to our Freesat box. Sought 2 prices, Eden wanted Β£60 for up to one hours work, AMP from Bonnyrigg wanted Β£120 for the job. Eden's engineer turned up as promised on a bitterly cold and miserably drizzly day - realigned the dish and LNB then checked the operation, signal now 95%. At this point he informed us that the dish was a fair age (11 years) and that he had taped the mount to keep it in place as it was cracked. To be fair if he had told me that before finishing I would have asked the office for a price to fit a new LNB/dish as needed if he had one in the van which I suspect he didn't and possibly didn't have time in his schedule either. Had he done so it would have been 5*. But - I know where they are when it needs replaced.

    If I were you I’d avoid Eden like the plague. Kingdom housing use Eden group as contractors. 6 weeks ago reported satellite issue (Blown off the roof) Eden can’t provide a date in which they’ll replace this. Countless chasing phone calls, emails and always the same response β€œawaiting parts to fix repair” At this rate it’ll be next year For a company who apparently specialises within this area they’re absolutely hopeless. Shame 1 star is the minimum…

    I had an engineer in to fix my tv channels after my housing association had them renew an aeriel in our loft, i am absolutely delighted with the engineer who has now given me EVERY channel on my tv, i have never had all the channels until now, cant thank him enough, great guy and great company, thank you

    Came onto my property without my permission. Found them inside my loft and they lied to me about why they were there. Told me at first they were going to fix the entry system for door, then when informed there was nothing to do with access system up there they told me they were going to install an ariel for a different property to one first stated. Had to call the police before they would leave. Not to be trusted! edit: I have had no discussion with your office nor will I. Our flat is owned by us and neighbouring flats privately owned or run by housing association and building has nothing to do with the council. Your workers trespassed into our loft with no permission. The matter is in the hands of the police who will contact you in due course.

    I am delighted with the Eden Engineers who quickly located and fixed a problem with my tv signal - a corroded signal box on the roof. They also got back my BBC news and children's channels though sadly I still get the new BBC Scotland channel instead of the excellent BBC4. Don't use any of the cowboys you see on a Google search. They are NOT local and are completely unreliable

    Bought a property (10 year old build). And intercom wasn't working within flat. Booked engineer to come out and fix it. Was told engineer would check everything and replace handset if needed. Turns out handset was needed. However engineer didn't have handset. So nothing was fixed. Was told a new one had to be ordered. And to have it fixed....id need to pay for yet another appointment. Hmmmm. Booked second appointment. Before second appointment I had called to make sure everything was ok. The guy seemed quite vague about handset even bring ordered. Said on phone he couldn't see it ordered. Was told he will phone back if any issue. Had no phone call so assumed no issue. Then get an email last thing Friday before Monday appointment and to cancel and say it's not arrived and they will be in touch. 3 weeks on still no word from them at all. Feel like I've basically paid Β£40 plus vat for nothing....with 2 lots of scheduled times wasted and still no further forward and now silence. Very dissapointed in the lack of service and transparency from these folks. Does anyone else have any recommendations of another company that's better to deal with? Would appreciate it. As this is giving me a headache now. A company that specialises in intercoms seems to not want to fix mine. So suggestions on where else can do this? Thanks

    I had Eden to install a door entry system last week. They turned on time at designated date. Engineers were very professional and sorted everything swiftly. Price was very reasonable and I would recommend them to anyone. Thank You.
