   Our 20 year old cooker developed a problem with the oven fan and we feared the worst when Trinity Domestics told us the motor was no longer available. So we were delighted when they phoned a few days later to say they'd managed to source one and Ryan came round the next day to fit it. It's great to see a company happy to go a bit further to help customers and we'll definitely be back in touch if we need any other appliance repairs.

   Highly recommend Trinity Domestics. The call out fee & labour was a fair price and the engineer I got today, David was really great, helpful, friendly and professional. My washing machine was fixed very promptly which was such a relief with toddler at home and lots of washing to get through.

   1st class service from start to finish. Brilliant communication with the office staff, plus they were very helpful and friendly. Ryan who arrived to assess and then back to fit new oven was a credit to his company.    The element in my built in oven didn't work and I called Trinity Domestics. The engineer John came out the next day and identified the other wee issues with the oven I was living with. Within a couple of days John came back and fitted a new oven. John was friendly and wore PPE in accordance with the COVID guidelines at all times. The girls in the office were lovely and sorted everything. My old oven was taken away and they took the rubbish!
