Very happy and impressed with Richard, came out within 48hrs of calling and within 10 mins had found fault. Explained and showed issue then provided a new washing machine including uplift and fitting of new machine for a brilliant price. So glad i never went to a big company. I have used Richard a few times now and he has always answered my messages within an hour or so and made an appointment for the following day. He gave me a time slot each time and has always been very punctual. On every occasion he fixed the problem immediately and his prices are very reasonable. I will not hesitate in using Richard again in the future.
Richard provides an honest reliable and prompt service, very trustworthy and efficient. Came out within a day to see my dryer and was able to reset it, he advised me that a thermostat might be needed in the future. A few months later, same problem again, Richard came out with the part which unfortunately didn’t rectify the problem. I potentially could have spent a small fortune on repairs to my broken dryer but instead was given honest advice from Richard to cut my loses and buy a new one. Can’t recommend him enough, good value for money
