   Kevan has got me out of a couple of holes, and diagnosed (and fixed) a long-standing issue with my Mac. Also, he doesn't charge if he can't diagnose a problem, and doesn't cost the earth when he can.

   Not going into it. Just avoid. Save yourself the headache. Joey Richards is an incompetent nugget. If you ask me, find a reolacement for him. One that can spell check and reply to customers at respectable hours. 11pm is not. They also didn't do what I asked originally. Which was to replace my motherboard with a working GPU so i could use a second screen with it. Even though it was suggested that wasn't the best option. I said its the only option as your second option doesn't allow my needs. A second screen. So what did they do. Tried to repair my gpu, even though i was told reflowing won't allow my second screen to work. High avoid these lot. They damaged my motherboard even more so, trying to take the "common faulty" solders, even though I had that laptop connected to a second screen for 5 years. Literally i don't think I ever turned it off. Common fault they say. Never experienced it until i did. Save yourself the headache. Send your stuff to kcrs or krcs which ever one its called or mac1 in central London. These two other more established and professional business will keep good correspondence and customer services with yourself. Highly avoid. I would leave a nice good review if i received it the experience. Not the type to slander or ridicule. But I must make aware my poor experience with these lot. Without going into detail. It was waaaay to long to post.

   Kevan did a great job on my mac. I'd spilt water on it, which meant replacing the keyboard. During the diagnostic testing, he pointed out that the hard drive was in poor condition and that I could lose everything if it suddenly stopped working, so he replaced that, too. In addition, I turned up at his workshop not realising he was on holiday, but he was prepared to sort my laptop there and then. And finally, his charges are very reasonable. Highly recommend him.

   Absolutely brilliant, personal service. What Kevan doesn't know about Macs isn't worth knowing. Been calling him out for advice and repairs since 2006. Nothing too much trouble, fast, efficient service, very reasonable prices. Would not go anywhere else.
