   Just phoned to make an appointment for my son as he has chipped a tooth. Was told on the phone he has to phone himself. I asked why and was told “because he’s an adult” In a very condescending tone. I asked what difference it makes as I’m just making the appointment in reply. We can’t . Not good enough monk’s park dental practice. You do realise he will be bringing his own teeth to the appointment do you ? and he will be paying private prices for that privilege. I’ve had no problems making an appointment for my “adult” husband before now!!! Please sort absolutely ridiculous

   Can I give a shout out to Sonia the receptionist- she is the face of this practice. The first contact most people have when visiting or contacting the surgery and she is wonderful.Patient, polite, kind- everything you want a receptionist to be.

   Me and my family have been going to this dental practice for over 22yrs. The receptionists and dentists, that we have seen over the years, have all been very kind and caring. But I have got to make a special shout out to Ana, who did a deep clean on my teeth and gums today. I was ready for the pain, but no pain. She took her time and she was so gentle, I was amazed. I don’t normally write reviews, but this practice deserves all the praise. I am truly grateful to all who work in this practice. Thank you ❤️

   Very clean and proactive dental practice. Staff polite, welcoming, and professional. Staff are able to sore and issues out without upsetting clients. The Dentist and nurse were professional, through and able to answer any issues I had. Luckily for me, I did not need any treatment. Being reviewed in 6 months.

   After a long wait to get back on the NHS list, I have been very pleased with my dentist. Very caring and explains treatment options. On a couple of occasions I had to ring with an emergency and have to say that the receptionist was extremely helpful and took ownership of my problem and made sure that I was seen in a timely manner. Taking time to care and emphasise is appreciated.

   Very professional experience at this cozy welcoming dental practice. Sophie, the hygienist was brimming with professionalism and gave my teeth a thorough clean that beats any I have had before. At no stage did I feel rushed in and out, it was a very good visit. Both Sophie and her dental nurse were great Highly recommend!

   From being greeted at reception by Marina, being made welcome and shown the way by Charlene, to walking into the surgery to have my treatment with Sophie I was immediately at ease. The staff are professional, friendly and more than happy to answer any questions that I had. Throughout the treatment, I was asked how I was doing, my comfort obviously very important. Everything was explained beforehand and I was competently guided through what my options are moving forwards. I would thoroughly recommend this Dental Practice and the staff that looked after me today. Thank you.

   Always fantastic, Sophie the hygienist is always calm and patient as is her wonderful dental nurse. I Used to be scared of the dentist but the entire dental practice make me feel at ease and make going to the dentist no a longer scary experience. Keep up the work.

   Marina the receptionist I spoke to was so kind and helpful when getting my son and I organised with a dentist. I have spoken to lots of others trying to get on the register and have been disappointed by their lack of support so Marina was a breath of fresh air! Thank you so much. I visited Anna today with my son and Charlene was the dental nurse with her. They were so welcoming! Super friendly and so lovely. They were great with my son at 16Months this was his first dental experience and he was so calm. Charlene looked after him whilst I was checked over which made everything so much easier. Thank you both so much, I had anxiety about how it would go and it was the polar opposite. Highly recommend this dental practise. Staff in all areas professional and caring.
