I was impressed with the use of technology, scanning tools, as this gave me a clear understanding of what Dora was seeing, again this was explained in a way that helped me understand what was going on without feeling like a "patient". I was 90% of the way through my invisalign at Devizes with Dora and chose to follow her to Chippenham to finish my treatment although I live in Salisbury, it was worth every mile and every penny. I got my braces off today after 13months and I am thrilled! Dora is very passionate about orthodontics and it shows in her work, she gave me options before starting my treatment (as I was a complex case) and we discussed options for the finishing touches too and made decisions together based on the health of my teeth long term, not just the look. I brought my daughter here after our usual dentist reacted badly to her panic about an injection to get a filling, they insisted she must be sedated. Dora and the team were absolutely fantastic, it turned out the situation was worse than expected and she needed an extraction yet with the amazing support and clear information about the situation, my daughter was completely put at ease - the job was calmly done in 20 minutes and followed by smiles! Unbelievable. She is now also happy to return to the dentist where before she was terrified. Such excellent service!
Recently had a whitening treatment followed by some composite bonding on my teeth in time for my daughters wedding. Dora was so fantastic.
