   Been coming to City Bridge for many years and have continued to do so despite leaving the area. Always great service which is friendly and professional from Andrew, Karen and the rest of the team. Did see another dentist a couple of years back whilst living in mid Wales out of necessity but had poor experience which was in stark contrast to City Bridge where I have always been 100% happy with my treatment. Thanks.

   I cannot recommend Alex highly enough. After a long break away from any dental care I visited city bridge and have had a fantastic experience. Alex is professional and reassuring with natural warmth and empathy. As an anxious patient he inspires confidence, I never felt rushed or judged. Everything was explained clearly and the treatment plan was paced to suit me.

   ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an excellent experience at this dental practice. The dentist ( Alex) explained the procedure clearly and was very honest about what actually needed to be done—nothing unnecessary was suggested. Both the dentist and the dental nurse( Morgan) were professional, kind, and made me feel comfortable throughout. Highly recommend this practice for anyone looking for trustworthy and high-quality dental care! Special mention to the receptionists as well who were really lovely.

   Very accommodating practice! As a new client I was slightly nervous about going to a new dentist, but everyone at the practice made me feel very welcome. Nurse Shannon and Doctor Alex were particularly lovely, very professional and explained in depth each step of the procedure which put me at ease. I left the practice feeling a lot happier and comfortable with my smile!

   Really positive experience - booked in for my first trip to the dentist in too long but wasn't made to feel bad or guilty about it. Followed up with a replacement filling, the booking for which was really straightforward and quick. The dentist, Alex James, was courteous, attentive and very clear in communicating the situation, what was needed and what he was doing. The whole process of having the old filling taken out and replaced went without a hitch, and the new filling feels great. The whole experience has cast a trip to the dentist in a really positive light, to the extent that - dare I say it - I can actually look forward to going again next time.

   Have just registered at City Bridge after seeing an NHS dentist for many years. Staff at City Bridge are friendly and welcoming and all treatments and costs are explained so you know exactly what is being done and what the options are. What a relief to be able to see a dentist when I need to rather than having to wait several months for a simple check up! Overall very satisfied with the service I receive.
