    Hadia the dentist is amazing. I suffer from severe phobia of the dentist, ive got a sensitive gag reflex and im a fussy patient, but every time I visit she and the nurses (recently Nat) go above and beyond to make me feel comfortable, to give me sound advice and never make me feel silly or uncomfortable. Incredible service all around. A shout out to the receptionist Kim who is warm and welcoming also.

    I saw Hadia yesterday for the first time. I needed 2 teeth extracted and a filling. Rather than making me come back she did the work there and then. It was the best option for me not having to think about going back to the dentist. I found Hadia along with Denise the nurse very welcoming. Hadia is so gentle and reassuring. She explained in detail what she was doing , she listened and it wasn't rushed at all. This is probably the first time in over 60 yrs of going to the dentist that I felt comfortable and treated exceptionally well. Hadia is a lovely sweet kind person. I thoroughly recommend her if you are a nervous patient. The receptionist was very warm and welcoming too. I highly recommend this dental surgery.

    I am always nervous about anything medical including the dentist. This was my first appointment and Hadia immediately put me at ease, with warmth and empathy she found the best solutions for me as an individual. I felt valued and listened to. Rece the nurse exuded calm and professional support to Hadia and myself which added to the whole experience. Which was positive and I would highly recommend them. The practice is lucky to have such great employees.

    I am very pleased with the quality of care I was given from the outset. The receptionist is very professional and friendly, and although I was only attending a first assessment, I was also very impressed with Miriam the dentist, who having concluded the assessment took time to explain in full her conclusions and also the possible future treatment that might be required. Everyone was friendly and helpful and I'm very impressed with the service.

    Despite a lot of drilling which can naturally feel a bit traumatic, I felt supported throughout by Aisha, Judith and Hannah who were all great. Kim in the reception area has been so welcoming and helpful too. Would recommend the practice for affordable and compassionate dentistry.

    I haven’t been to westbury dentalcare since they re-opened after covid. I was in desperate need and they booked me in straight away to have work done that really was long over due. From the moment I stepped in I had a brilliant experience from receptionist Kathryn to the lovely nurse Judith and exceptional Therapist Aisha. Trainee Nurse George was also there training up and they were all so nice and caring and Aisha gave me some good tips on brushing my teeth. Thank you all so much..

The dentists have always been brilliant with the kids ( and adults) and the support staff, including the terrific nurses & receptionists are always kind, courteous & welcoming.
