   This has been one of the most unprofessional and poorly handled services I have ever experienced. The installation was scheduled for 10:00 AM and this time was confirmed with the company three separate times, as I had a medical appointment and needed certainty. Despite this, the installer arrived an hour early and claimed he had not been informed of the correct time. During a phone call, he behaved rudely and abruptly ended the conversation, saying the issue was “not his problem but the company’s.” What followed was complete disorganisation. The company rescheduled the installation three times in one day, and on each occasion no one turned up. Eventually, I was told that the installation could not take place at all because the company did not have the required materials. This level of incompetence is unacceptable for any business claiming to provide professional services. Despite the fact that no service was delivered, the company attempted to hold me responsible and even issued a demand for payment. I responded formally, explained the situation in detail, and made a genuine attempt to resolve the matter amicably. However, the company has not replied in any way for over a month, completely ignoring my correspondence. To make matters worse, the payment demand they sent contained an incorrect contract date, further demonstrating a lack of professionalism and basic attention to detail. Overall, this experience shows a complete absence of organisation, accountability, and respect for the customer. I made every reasonable effort to resolve the situation, but the company chose not to engage at all. I strongly advise others to think very carefully before using this company’s services.

   0 out of 5 stars Ordered an external door, promised installation in 3 weeks. Over 12 weeks later, no installation and zero proactive communication. Had to chase multiple times, promised callbacks never kept and even a formal email went unanswered. Cancelled due to poor service. Would NOT recommend.

   Great quality and excellent workmanship. I chose my door and got great advice from salesman in the showroom who helped me pick a door suitable for myself. Soon had a phonecall to arrange fitting day and work was completed within a few hours by two lovely workman who did an outstanding job and were very friendly. They left no mess and made sure I was happy before leaving. Would recommend to anyone.

   Fitters damaged my bathroom during fitting new window. Tried to cover holes in wet wall panels with silicone. Front door cracked along two panels and a massive chip/hole in top corner. I contacted UPVC about this and got no response so I withheld £250.00 until sorted even though the policy is “ pay nothing until completely satisfied “ I paid most in good faith . They keep bluffing passing the buck and doing nothing. Now the door is so flimsy it’s mostly inoperable and doesn’t open or close properly making it a potential risk to life in the event of an emergency. I’ve contacted and sent photos repeatedly but nothing gets done. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE CHARLATANS. They are FRAUDULENT LIARS. I am now contacting Strathclyde fire and rescue for an opinion.

   Excellent service from this company. Only criticism I have is if going to Wishaw showroom & you are disabled (like me ) entering the building is difficult due to the unusually high step. Once inside there are plenty of doors to choose from & staff very knowledgeable. The 2 doors I ordered arrived earlier than was estimated, fitted promptly, fitters very friendly & tidy. On the whole excellent job carried out at a reasonable cost, good quality product & would recommend this company.

   Very poor quality and even worse service! Our experience with this company was one of very poor quality products and workmanship from the start. We got all of our doors and patio doors from them. They have to replace all of the doors due to poor quality. Even now they are not perfect and we are still having problems. Their quality control must be non existent as doors arrived that were not finished properly and had very obvious flaws. I have no idea how they could possibly leave their factory in such poor condition, let alone be delivered and fitted! The fitters are self-employed and don't actually work for the company so they basically don't care. They just want to get the job done as quickly as possible so they can get onto the next job. When we pointed out issues to the fitters they said it was noting to do with them and we would have to contact the company. They are very slow to respond to issues. When you 'phone they don't call back. When you eventually do get to speak to someone they make excuses - "its because of the heat", "it just needs to be oiled so you can do that yourself". These were real responses to issues we had on doors that are less than six months old!

   Just had a new front door fitted. Work done around the frame is of a high standard. Materials have a nice finish and the fitting didn't take long either. I think the user rating on here is unfair tbh.
