   I had some scratches on my VW passat car door and went to ChipsAway West Lothian for advice. The owner was extremely friendly, honest, and professional. He polished the scratches out and explained everything clearly. The results were much better than I expected - most of the scratches are barely visible now, and the car looks great. It’s rare to find such genuine customer service these days. I’ll definitely be coming back here for any future paintwork or repairs and highly recommend them to anyone looking for trustworthy and skilled service in West Lothian.

   Niall is brilliant at his work and an absolute gent. When I went for a quote he advised of a few options and didn't just recommend the most expensive one. The quoted price was also very fair (and cheaper than I expected!) so.i was happy to leave the car with a trustworthy garage. The quality of the work is absolutely brilliant and I'm delighted with how my car looks again. Niall even resprayed some scratches which I just wanted touched up when he was respraying the wing and didn't charge any extra. He also managed to repair a piece of scuffed plastic around the headlights which I didn't realise was possible and now it looks like it was never damaged. Would definitely recommend and will use in the future (although hopefully I don't need to!). Appreciate the work you did to get the car looking damage free again.

   Had a few chips on my Seat Arona that is due to be returned at the end of its lease in a couple of weeks. I booked the car in to have these minor touch ups dealt with. I was in and out in 20 minute's and you wouldn't have known there was an issue in the first place. Found the service good and liked the fact the the guys were friendly and no nonsense. They Just got the job done at a fair price.

   I had a dink to the door on my brand new car so went to get an estimate, unannounced. Ritchie saw me straight away, hammered it out and touched up the scratch in 10 minutes. He knew the paint code without even looking it up but he checked anyway and was right! Unbelievable service and I'll definitely be back if anything goes wrong. I'm not easily impressed. This first impression will stick. Edit: Just referred my neighbour who has a number of chips on their car!

   Attend to get a quote on the 14/11/22 as had two dents on my rear door and 1 on the drivers door edge caused by the wind knocking the door into another car. The owner advised me that the dents would be costly to remove as it’s involves painting the full side of the car. He repaired my damaged door edge for free and made it not very noticeable there and then. This is the second time I have attended the garage and on both occasions he gave me experienced advise and didn’t want to take my money for no reason. I think this professionalism is outstanding and would highly recommend to anyone. Ray. Grey Golf GTI.
