I've been here for every piercing I have. I absolutely love how fast and sterile shell is. She is professional and courteous. She will go above and beyond for anyone who walks in her studio!
If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. I have put off putting a review for a while however the fact my helix piercings only healed fully about 3 months ago after 3 years (2022) since they got pierced shows a lot. I have had 10 other piercings from other piercers that healed perfectly fine includidng surface piercings. She seems to not check septums properly for the right anatomy and jams the needle right through instead of thoroughly checking.The piercer is good with lobes but is entirely 50/50 with everything else and I wouldn't risk it especially the use of guns while piercing is significantly bad and all actually good piercers are against the use of them due to the tissue damage that occurs through the force. If I was you I would entirely go to another piercer and not here.
Shell was recommended to me around 5 or 6 years ago for my nieces ear piercing. Both nieces have had their ears pierced and my daughter and third niece will be returning at the start of the summer for their's pierced too. I wouldn't go anywhere else! Shell is a complete professional, her salon is spotlessly clean and everything she does is carried out in a hygienic way. I've been to Shell a few times to replace my Tragus piercing and more recently when it accidentally came out at home and she put it back in for me in between appointments.
Love chell and all her work! I've been going to her for years and wouldn't recommend ANY other piercer. She is clean, thorough, knowledgeable and kind. Never had any issues with her service or work.
Both my kids age 8 and 10 had their ears pierced with the needle. Amazing, they were kept calm and distracted by Shelly.
