I had preparation for a crown carried out 2 weeks ago and the crown fitted today. I barely felt the injections when I was numbed, which is a big plus for me. The temporary filling looked great. I was sorry to lose it. A lot of care was taken fitting the crown and it looks really good.
I have been a patient for over 10 Years at the practice. Unfortunately my recent experience was poor. Because it is difficult to get a hygienist appt. I book 6 months ahead . The plan I have entitles me to 2 cleans and 2 check uppps a year . . . My appt with the hygienist who was with a different person than I had before . Previously the clean took 35 mins this one was 15 mins and no polish and certainly did not feel like an extensive clean . Unfortunately the computer system was not working so could not pay . I explained I had a Dentist appt . the following week so could pay for both then. Later the same day the Practice called me to say I did not have a appt. with the Dentist the following week as it was closed on a training day . Nobody had contacted to explain this . To sum up I have missed out on my plan on a clean and check up for this year .
Titi is fantastic. I was a nervous patient a few years back and Titi has reassured me to a point that I now look forward to my appointments. With a bit of coaxing she convinced me to see the hygienist too and my teeth and gums are in a healthy place again. The receptionists and dental staff are always so polite and helpful too and the prices for private work don’t break the bank. Can’t ask for any more than that.
Needed an emergency appointment for my son. The receptionists are always polite and helpful and got him booked in the day after. Titi is always welcoming and engages with my son on a level so it makes it a relaxed environment. Would highly recommend Tetbury Dental practise.
Really unhappy with my appointment. I was told it would be an hour but was only half an hour. The work wasn’t finished and I was told if I wanted another appointment I would be charged another £95 despite the mistake being theirs not mine (for not booking a double appointment initially). I expected a more professional and caring experience and regret starting a plan with this practice.
They don’t have a hygienist so I wouldn’t recommend at all.
Needed a root canal and they made me come to 5 appointments in total. Always sending me home with temporary fixes done in 5 minutes. I got charged a couple of times for nothing and was in pain for a total of 5 months before they decided to send me to a private specialist.
Stay well away from this place. I went for to have a crown fitted and basically they butchered the tooth, gave me a thin temporary crown as a permanent. I ultimately ended up losing the tooth because they had ground the tooth down so low that another dental practise was unable to fit a proper crown and was shocked at the thin temporary crown.
