Kiran Naheed hygienist was absolutely fantastic in her practice with me today. She was fully aware of my medical history and her care of me was excellent. I would highly recommend Ms Naheed.

My husband and I recently attended Hanham Dental for our annual hygiene appointment with Kiran. I have to say the overall experience was exceptional from start to finish, Kiran was very professional, friendly and informative. I would definitely recommend this practice.

The reception staff were so welcoming as soon as I came through the door; they put an instant smile on my face even though I was a little nervous. Stacey and Sam put all their efforts in to make me feel comfortable and looked after, and I can’t even tell what is filling and what is tooth - they did such a great job! Thank you to the whole team!
Mr labib is very dishonest, during the pandemic my appointment was cancelled, i was told emergencies only, following this a filling fell out, i called practice and was told don’t worry use a temporary one which you can purchase online, if your not experiencing pain its not an emergency, a couple weeks later another one partly fell out so i called again to say what happened, again was told to use a temporary one to ftll the hole which you can puchase online, we can look when appointments are back to normal, after the pandemic they said, so after the pandemic I arranged an appointment, explained i needed two fillings and was told mr labib will look when you come in, when i attended the appoIntment mr labib looked at my teeth and said i need two fillings, i said i know i had called about this several times, he said i would have to pay for this check as an emergency appointment and the next one as a routine appointment, i said you cancelled my original appointment and told me it will be looked at during my routine appointment when pandemic was lifted, i was told to use a temporary one until after the pandemic and as no pain its not an emergency, he then got very defensive and said pay twice or leave the practice, we don't work like that here, this was very poor customer service and very discriminating, i know why he he did this as two previous fillings he done before failed and he was very unhappy with having to do them again under guarantee, he had already failed at repairing them twice before, From my experience mr labib does very poor quality work and when things go wrong you will see his true colours, he will become very defensive and sulk. He shows no compassion for his poor quality work and doesn’t like to take responsibility for his work going wrong, he is in denial and becomes deeply offensive and arrogant. Nice man when its going ok but when problems arise he is very rude. I would not recommend him. But he is better than the previous butcher he bought the practice from and the practice is a lot cleaner. Update Hanham dental reply shows they do not understand or listen or reply with facts on what i raised, They never put in temporary fillings i had to my self when mr labibs work failed again, they cancelled my original appointment to repair mr labibs failed work, which was paid for before. Again it failed, this was the third failure, coincidentally during the covid pandemic so they said because of no pain its not an emergency just a broke filling which will have to wait. Which i did but then only to be told when i came in for my appointment after the pandemic for him to check that i would have to pay for emergency. Even though it was not, it leads me to believe he was just trying to make more money of his previous failed attempts to use PERMANENT fillings. He was being obnoxious and causing issues behaving like a spoilt child. And look what a surprise the practice has said my review is rude, they can not even get the facts right in their reply and just make up arrogant uninformed stories and blatant lies. Yes i have found another practice and have had no problems with fillings since, they even done xrays and found another issue that hanham dental didnt even look for. Another failure ? Mr labib just looks in mouth and says it ok, just a filling he says, Maybe he thinks he has xray vision or just doesn’t want to do any work, unless it is an emergency, people like him give the NHS a bad name, he's like a wolf in sheep’s clothes. Remember the devil was one an angel.
Good dentists are as rare as hens teeth! I always receive excellent service at Hanham Dental and they have the best waiting room décor I've ever seen in a dentists!! :D
Brilliant experience and amazing outcome, from tooth whitening and crown work on my front tooth,. This is something I’ve put off for too long. After hearing great things from Sam and the team and seeing other reviews and pics I’m so happy with the outcome. It’s given me so much more confidence and I’ve already had comments on how great they look! So natural you’d never know! Genuinely recommend to anyone thinking of doing the same!
Just to say thank you to Hanham Dental and particularly Dr. DEEHAN for seeing me so promptly. I emailed with a problem and I was seen within 24 hours. First class treatment, first class service. Lucky to have a local dentist this good.
