BUPA Dental Care is a completely unprofessional private service. Quick to set up a direct debit and take your money but boy the service is poor. BUPA Dental are inept and unable to administer their own BUPA Smile Plan. Simple things like changing address or moving from one BUPA practice are impossible. Even the BUPA practices said they were unable to contact their customer care centre.... no doubt the lines are jammed with people on hold waiting to complain... It should be called the BUPA Grimace Plan not the BUPA Smile Plan !! My advice use anyone else rather than BUPA.
