Brilliant dental service from the entire team at Patchway Dental practice. I had Flow as my dental hygienist and Helen my dentist. They made it so comfortable for me. Very polite and professional. Keep up the good work.
I managed to get both of my children registered at Patchway Dental Practice as NHS patients in 2024. It was the only dental surgery within an 8 mile radius of our home taking on any new NHS patients at that time. All the staff at Patchway Dental have been very friendly & welcoming. Any additional care needs or concerns raised by myself, &/or my children, have been met with kindness, understanding & professionalism by the dental team. I'm very happy with the standard of care provided. For us, it's worth the 15-20 minute drive it takes to get there!
Transferred my 2 sons and myself over from another practice. Lovely lady who delt with me on the phone and at the front desk. Had quick appointments and no messing around. Much happier and easier experience. Thankyou very much!
First visit as a urgent appointment, very pleasant staff and helpful treatment. Would recommend. Second appointment was very quick for replacement temporary filling, hopefully all ok now for Christmas. Lovely staff Second visit to complete treatment for new crown. As before all excellent. No problems and no long waits. Lovely staff.
Super care and professional advice. A great dentist and hygienist service. Reception is always quick and very helpful. I didn't really understand the charges as a NHS patient and the lady explained a few things to me. I feel very lucky to have been a customer for at least 30 years! Well done Patchway Dental Practice.
I am absolutely terrified of going to the dentist and today I had to have a filling!!! Well cue the tears and anxiety. I seen Mike and he did nothing but put me at ease what an incredible person. Now my fears are gone.
Excellent service had really bad tooth ache today rang at 8.30 told to come at 2 o’clock saw Karen who dealt with my tooth hopefully no more pain many thanks to everyone involved what a relief
I like dental..but when I ask can book me Nhs ..because I have for free because I have baby but say me no have Nhs ..but Internet look Nhs..I don't no..I think problems money. ..
Had my first appointment at this practice today and could not have been happier. I was very nervous but was put a ease with Chris the dentist. Super friendly receptionist staff who talked me through all the covid measures.
