   I have just finished having an implant with Chris and wanted to say how happy I am with it. The implant feels like its always been there and looks like one of my teeth. So pleased. The whole experience was pain free, I felt reassured and I could almost say enjoyable. But when is the dentist enjoyable! Chris and his dental nurse are welcoming, supportive and caring. What more can you ask for? The only sting is the price, but if you are worried about getting an implant, I would definitely recommend going to Charlton Park

   My husband has been had a go at by receptionist, very abrupt and rude and snappy, we asked for help they gave low dose antibiotics and they wouldn't give us advice on painkillers then when we did eventually got through we had to wait another 24 hours and then I was told I couldn't cancel the appointment even though I was the one who booked it and how the receptionist laughed when I told them that my husband was in so much pain he got very angry because he was being neglected by dentist and nhs 111 which was disgusting! I've tried to call to put a complaint in to have a nasty rude woman who kept interrupting me wouldn't let me finish a sentence so i terminated the call and blocked the number and have gone higher up. It's taken me to get my husband in with a different dentist to be told he should have been offered medication to help clear his infection instead now he has an abscess! Won't be using this dentist ever again due to the above reasons and also making me and a permanent abscess on my gum that I can't get rid of!!!!' DO NOT USE THIS DENTIST!!!!!!!!!!

   Awful. Staff need customer service training and Ashish is probably the worst dentist I have ever had, rude, aggressive and just generally makes the experience horrible. Pressures you into treatments and says phrases like “ it’s not a question of money”. He’ll be nice to you I imagine if you hand over the cash but if not just don’t bother he’ll just be rude.

   Ashish Godara is a absolutely shocking dentist, I've been using this practice for 12 years and I've never experienced a horrific experience like this before, incredibly abrupt, rude and aggressive in his treatment! I had the worst experience this week with this man, who left me with half a procedure done & has left me in incredible pain. I will never visit this dentist again!!! I cried with floods of tears and he asked me to leave. Shocking

   I have been Anthony's patient since 2004, choosing to follow him!! He is Professional in his approach, from the start of appointment to leaving surgery. Explains clearly and in a kind way, his recommendations. I accept his guidance, knowing he will be treating me to the best of his ability and skills. Very much a Family run Practice, with the feel good factor. Would not go anywhere else.

   A Dentist with passion for his Profession. Anthony creates an experience within his Practice that is as easy as going to the Hairdressers. Calm and assured. Everything is explained and no nasty surprises! Honest and fair and good value. Anthony treated our youngest daughter a number of years ago who had a very poor experience with our previous dentist. She now returns with confidence.

   My son is 9 and has just had his front tooth removed by Anthony . As a dental professional myself , and a mother, I can honestly say I have found our perfect family dentist . Anthony took time to explain and approached every aspect of the treatment with care and attention to all of my sons needs .This made what was a terrifying ,dreaded appointment into a relaxed controlled environment where my son felt cared for and at ease .
