Just had my filling replaced by Giovanni, and it was the most seamless experience I’ve ever had at a dental appointment. I didn’t feel a thing and there was 0 discomfort. I also got to see images of what was there before the work which was so helpful and I feel reassured knowing that it’s all been fixed.
Fantastic experience! Luke was a brilliant dentist, very thorough and shared lots of helpful advice. Kristina the hygienist was fantastic, friendly and made it a very pleasant experience! All the staff were so friendly, and the whole practice is really lovely! Would highly recommend! A huge thank you to everyone!
Had a really good experience getting my first filling with Dr Naik. Been seeing him for years for check ups so instantly felt comfortable. He used laser technology to complete my filling, meaning I had zero mouth injections which was what I was nervous about initially, but even with having no anaesthetic I had a completely pain free, fast experience (couldn’t feel a thing) and the filling is great. Thank you Dr Naik!
From the get go; speaking to Penny in the reception team I felt at ease, her recommendation for me to see Luke the dentist was a perfect match due to his professionalism, gentleness & overall knowledge. The hygienist Kristina is fantastic & was extremely thoughtful throughout my visit. Georgia & Sarah hold the upmost professionalism also when dealing with clients face to face. I would highly recommend this dentistry practice as whole to anybody.
Dentistry has come on leaps and bounds over the last few years and I can honestly say that the work I've had done at Smile Orchard has been exemplary. I recently had crowns fitted, and Giovanni, assisted by Monika and Charlotte, made me feel relaxed and comfortable. He carried out the work and I hardly felt a thing. I would highly recommend this practice as one that takes a highly professional approach, with a particular emphasis on client care. A special thanks too to receptionists Penny and Georgia and practice manager Sarah who have always been friendly and super-helpful.
What an awesome team!! Dr Laurie, Carla & Esme have truly restored my faith in visiting the dentist. From starting out as a quivering wreck back in June 2022, they have all really turned around my massive fear of dentists. When I attend an appointment now, it feels like I am visiting friends! Dentist cancelled my appointment 3 times each at extremely short notice. On the final occasion I was booked in on a Friday afternoon. It was obvious the dentist wanted to get home early for the weekend with no regard to patients diaries. I now use a different practice. Reception staff were always friendly and helpful.
I cannot recommend Smile Orchard highly enough. I am not the best patient, I suffer with profound anxiety about any dentistry work, probably due to historical experiences not related to this practice. My dentist, Laurie and his assistant Carla do their utmost to put me at ease. Laurie explains my dental plan in detail, sharing x-rays and visual images of my teeth to inform me of every stage of my treatment. He takes time to pause and readjust treatment if I experience any discomfort. I wish I had had this level of care many years ago.
Before joining Smile Orchard, like many I was searching for an NHS practice. With that option not being available I decided to join Smile Orchard and I am now so glad that I did so. The team are incredibly helpful and caring and have made the experience of visiting the dentist pleasant. I am on a membership plan with the practice and my oral hygiene and teeth are feeling much healthier and stronger because of it. I've recently signed up and just began my Invisalign treatment and I am really excited to get my teeth to where I want them to be. Huge thank you to Laurie and the entire team at Smile Orchard.
I've recently completed some treatment with Dr. Laurie and it's been fantastic. It's clear that he genuinely cares about his patients. I've had a re-root canal, as well as some tooth whitening, composite bonding and a crown. Laurie and everyone at the Practice put me completely at ease and I am so so happy with my new tooth. They removed my pain and boosted my confidence in my smile. Would recommend to anyone and will definitely be returning - thank you again!
