I’ve just started my Invisalign treatment and couldn’t be happier with the experience so far! Karine was so nice, calm, and reassuring. She really made me feel comfortable and at ease throughout the whole process. Everything was explained clearly, and the atmosphere was super relaxed. Definitely recommend!
I recently visited Nailsea Dental Practice and was really impressed from the very first visit. Lucy on the reception desk has been absolutely brilliant. She’s was so friendly and welcoming, and she went out of her way to help arrange appointments around my busy work schedule, which I really appreciate. I also had a hygienist appointment with Megan and Alex. This was genuinely enjoyable and really informative. She gave my teeth a thorough clean and explained everything clearly along the way. I left with lots of helpful tips to keep my teeth and gums healthy, and it made a big difference. Karine was also fantastic during each appointment. Very professional, helpful and explained everything perfectly to ensure I get the best results for my teeth. Overall, the whole team were great and I’m really glad I chose to go to Nailsea Dental Practice. Would highly recommend!
I was anxious about seeing a new dentist, but Danielle House and her team completely changed my mind. They were caring, thorough, and made me feel comfortable throughout. Danielle explained everything clearly and did an excellent job. I left feeling renewed. The practice is clean and welcoming, though it would be great if they also accepted NHS patients under 17.
If you are a nervous patient, like me, I can assure you that the whole team here do everything to ease your concerns and make your experience as good as it can be. I am delighted with the results of my recent treatment here and have recommended to a couple of friends who are very happy about their experiences.
In my experience over a number of years now, this practice is always highly professional, friendly ,caring and thorough in its approach and treatment. I recently had to see Karine at short notice and it was sorted easily and promptly. Karine is a highly experienced dentist with additional qualifications which enable her to treat very complex problems with great care and efficiency,as they may arise. The dental hygienists are also very good.I would not hesitate in recommending Nailsea Dental practice.
Wonderful practise, highly organised and efficient. All the staff are very friendly and the place is always spotlessly clean. My teenage daughter recently had an accident and broke her two front teeth. The practise were amazing with help and support from the beginning when she was rushed in as an emergency to the countless appointments she has had since. Karin and Vicki were so kind to my daughter and put her at ease during many long procedures. I highly recommend this practise.
Always an easy experience. I have a difficult work schedule but they always do there best to get me in at a time that suits me. Everyone is so friendly, warm and welcoming. We always have a little natter before hand to calm any nerves. Karine is my main dentist but each and everyone of them are just fantastic.
At the age of 50 and after an awful childhood dentist I have finally found a dentist I completely trust. Karine has supported me through a number of treatments, including periodontal surgery, and she has always ensured I receive the best possible treatment and have remained pain free. The receptionists and nurses at the practice are also supportive, friendly and helpful. I would never believe I could write a review like this for a dentist- I highly recommend Karine and her team!
Visiting Nailsea Dental Practise is always a positive experience. Karine and Rachel are reassuring and happy ladies to have as your dentist! Hannah and Anne are lovely ladies for dental hygiene. Always smiley behind their masks and light chit chat to ease any nerves. Nothing is too much trouble for Alex on reception. Free off street parking. I highly recommend.
