Worst dentist ever. They send me email asking me if i can attend the appointment. I reply twice i will be attending. They send me email reply as well saying they know i will be there. I drove one hour to attend their appointment and which i need to apply for holiday from work. Then when i arrive , they said i dont have a appointment booked. They said they should have sent an official email saying booking confirmed if i have an appointment. How do i know an email reply is not good enough for an appointment? And why dont they send me confirmation after i reply twice that i will be attending? Definitely rubbish service and worst reception. Wasting my time and my holiday. Two hours travelling time for nothing!
As someone who is very sensitive to all form of dental operations, I have been worrying about my tooth refilling operation for weeks. However Dr Eric Ahaley has been very professional and skillful, he has been offering plenty of much needed reassurance to me throughout the whole time. The operation went painless and very smoothly. Dr. Sahithi is very patience and professional in helping me and my daughters. She pointed out my teeth's problem that was not addressed by the previous dentists. She is really nice and provides a good treatment to me. I appreciated her good attitude. I would definitely recommend everyone to her!
All our family are member's of this dental practise for several years and we are very happy with all the service they provide. I would definitely recommend Dr. Eric and his team. Dr. Eric is very professional and friendly. I wasn't happy with look of my front teeth for several years and he recommended aligners to me. All the process from first appointment to finished of this treatment took just over a year. It was very easy to use them and nobody even recognize I was wearing them. I could see the teeth has been moving just after 3 months of using them and after 7months my smile look great. I was so surprise with this rapid result and I couldn't believe I didn't sort my issue earlier. If you have a similar issue this is the perfect and very quick solution how to improve your smile within short time. Dr Eric is very professional and has a great manner about him. I’m a very nervous patient, but he puts me at ease, explaining what he’s doing and giving plenty of advice on how to care for my teeth. Appointments don’t feel rushed, and he does great work.
Dr Eric is hands down one of the most professional, skilled and knowledgeable Dentist i have had to pleasure to visit (believe me because I've been around). He takes the time explain the issues, procedures (or options), carries out his work gently with the upmost care and always leaves you with sound advice. The receptionists and nurses were also nice and welcoming which always helps calms the nerves. The Practice is hygienically clean and well maintained and all staff continue to follow strict Covid restrictions and guidelines. 100% recommend!!
Me like perfectionist , I have to say Eric is pretty cool and my best dentist ever. He is with extremely attention for detail, perfect care, such amazing person as well. Always he gives me advice how to get better dental care. After few years I have to say just Eric Thank you.
I'm extremely scared of dentists, but Dr Eric was amazing! The whole experience was painless and almost relaxing! I did not feel a thing, no pain at all. He is always very friendly & helpfull, answers all the questions I have. His assistant is also helpful and very friendly I highly recommend this practice :)
I visited the dental practice today after having a dreadful experience at my previous dentist. I am a very nervous patient but the receptionists made me feel very welcome. The dentist, Eric is absolutely lovely. He took his time and explained everything he was doing before he actually did it. I know it is my first appointment and my actual treatment starts next time, but first impressions of Eric and the practice have been very good.
